Charming Grade II listed property on the edge of this picturesque Exmoor village.

Situated in a peaceful location, close to the river Barle and backing onto woodland, with lovely rural views. Picturesque riverside walks are readily available in both directions or a five minute stroll will bring you to all the delightful amenities of Dulverton, including character pubs serving excellent meals, small supermarket and good range of shops, art gallery and a selection of tea rooms and restaurants. The village is also the chosen home of the Exmoor National Park Authority headquarters and visitor centre and offers an ideal base from which to roam the splendour of the region by foot, horseback (riding stables nearby) or car. Just over five miles from the glorious Wimbleball Lake, popular with anglers and watersports enthusiasts alike with tuition and hire available for sailing, windsurfing, rowing and kayaking. The sandy beach at Minehead and breathtaking coastline between Porlock and Lynmouth are also within a 30 minute, very scenic drive across the moor.
