Situated at the end of a quiet country lane in a small private close yet within 10 minutes walking distance of the wonderful dune backed sandy bay of Croyde. This pretty village with its thatched cottages, tea rooms and old world charm is a popular destination for families and surfers alike. A choice of shops, craft galleries, pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk and activities including walking and cyling along the nearby Tarka Trail and  spectacular coastal footpaths, surfing in the bay (boards and tuition available locally), horse riding and an indoor leisure pool are all closeby.  Braunton Burrows  with its unique system of dunes is within a few minutes drive or exhilarating cliff walk and is the centre of Britain's first UNESCO Biosphere. The large village of Braunton offering a further choice of amenities is a further short drive.  This is an ideal location to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday or as a base for exploring the whole of the North Devon coast and countryside.
