Kentisbury is a peaceful village surrounded by wonderful Exmoor scenery and just a 10 minute drive to the harbour, beach and dramatic coastal scenery of the popular village of Combe Martin with its small selection of shops and a choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Exhilarating walks can be enjoyed direct from the property. Many Exmoor beauty spots are within a short scenic drive including the famous twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, the Valley of the Rocks, Doone Valley and Porlock Weir. The cottage is a delightful rural retreat but also offers a good base for walking, riding and fishing in the surrounding countryside and gives easy access to the many miles of coastal footpaths in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The popular surfing beach at Woolacombe and all the facilities of the market town of Barnstaple are also within a 20 minute drive.

This single storey cosy cottage is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout including wall mounted electric heating for the cooler seasons. Two steps from the hallway lead into a good sized, very comfortable, open plan living room with double bed in sleeping area, TV, DVD and CD player. Shower room/wc. Fitted kitchen with electric cooker and microwave. Delightful, private and mature cottage garden with lovely Exmoor hillside views, patio area and garden furniture - an ideal spot to enjoy an alfresco meal with chiminea for late evening warmth (basket of logs provided).
