Situated in one of North Devon's most attractive villages, overlooking glorious countryside towards the sea. Just a short walk to the centre of the village with its shop, pubs and restaurants. The sheltered Sandy Cove and spectacular coastline of Watermouth is within a mile, whilst the splendour of Exmoor or the wide sandy beaches around Woolacombe are just a short, scenic drive beyond.
Accommodation, which is all arranged on the ground floor, is attractively furnished and equipped to a high standard with re-claimed pine flooring and gas central heating throughout. Attractive double bedded room. Shower room/wc with double shower cubicle and wash basin. Very attractive L-shaped open plan living/dining room with freeview TV, DVD and views across the garden to the surrounding countryside. Fully fitted kitchen area with cream 'Shaker' style units, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, white butler's sink and pine worktops. (Use of owner's washing machine by arrangement).
Private patio garden to the front overlooking open countryside, with garden furniture. Private parking for one car. The owner retains access to the first floor (via private access), which is used solely for storage.
