A short drive brings you to the historic fishing village of Bucks Mills with its interesting rock and shingle beach with sand at low tide and footpath leading to miles of magnificent coastal walks. Hartland Forest Golf & Leisure Park and the 'picture postcard' village of Clovelly are less than 3 miles, with all the amenities of Bideford or golf and sandy beaches at both Westward Ho! and Bude within 20 minutes drive.
Accommodation has been thoughtfully converted and equipped to a high standard with tasteful decor, recessed lighting and delightful colour co-ordinated furnishings with oil fired central heating throughout. Very attractive double bedroom with pine dressing table and wardrobe. Shower room/wc with shower cubicle (one step) and shaver point. Dual aspect living/dining room with cottage suite, TV, DVD, dining table and fully fitted kitchenette with elec cooker and microwave. Fully enclosed lawned rear garden with garden furniture provided. Private driveway parking.
