This fabulous, modern, well-appointed third floor apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and is situated on the sea front of North Bay with spectacular views of the beach, the sea and Scarborough Castle.
Accommodation:
A lift takes you to the third floor. Hallway, light and airy lounge with modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining facilities. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with double shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. Also a bedroom with twin beds. A family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. From the lounge you step out onto a balcony with fabulous sea views. All rooms are really good-sized.

Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with electric grill and oven and extractor hood, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD/CD player. Modern electric heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only! Sorry, no pets. Designated car parking space in private car park. Balcony with sitting out furniture. You have use of the sun terrace on the 4th floor and the gym on the ground floor in Lockton House, the building next door (access through the carpark).
