This light and airy modern apartment is situated in a prime position on Whitby's quiet West Cliff with stunning panoramic views from every window of the sea, the Abbey and the countryside. It is the perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday all year round come rain or shine.
Accommodation:
The apartment is situated on the third floor with lift access. The lounge has French doors opening on to balconies overlooking the Abbey, the beach and the piers. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining facilities. There are two bedrooms; one double and one twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and French windows facing the beach. There is also a large family bathroom. All the rooms are furnished and decorated to a high standard.

Refrigerator, small freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Colour TV with video/DVD player, radio/CD player. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas or electricity. The apartment is double glazed Security door entrance system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets and no children or teenagers. There is some off-street parking available but it is limited to one car per flat and is strictly on a first come first served basis.
