Nestling in the shadow of Scarborough market, Friarage Apartments offer a prime location in the old part of Scarborough with all conveniences virtually on your doorstep. Refurbished to a particularly high standard, the apartments span four floors, offering contemporary living within an old building. The walls of Scarborough Castle are within 750 yards, a long stretch of golden beach awaits on the South Bay. Amusements, cafes and shops along the Foreshore Road with more serious shopping available in the market or town centre itself. The apartments are beautifully furnished and decorated. This apartment is located on the third floor.

ACCOMMODATION: entrance, extended hallway with storage cupboard. Light and airy lounge with modern open plan kitchen and dining area. This apartment has the most fantastic harbour views from the lounge windows. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, ample storage and one with a double bed which can be split into twin beds. A family bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

SERVICES: are the same for all apartments. Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with electric oven and extractor hood, washer/dryer, microwave. All appliances are built-in. Colour TV with DVD. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with built-in DVD. Heating by way of night storage heaters. Bed linen and towels are provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. On street parking in the area - scratch cards are provided. Communal courtyard with BBQ. As the apartments have no lift, the second and third floor one's might not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

The apartment is available for short breaks all the year round.
