Abbey Heights is a modern third floor apartment with plenty to boast about. You’ll find pubs, restaurants and cafes a short walk from the front door. The apartment has been beautifully designed and styled. The perfect getaway for families and groups of friends, Abbey Heights is not to be missed.

The Space:
Abbey Heights has homely features throughout including modern furnishings and bright rooms, with all of them being decorated to the highest standard. Within the property, you’ll find a welcoming open-plan kitchen and living area spacious and with plenty of room for you to work with, whichever side of the room you are using.

LIVING ROOM
The living room space features a comfy sofa, two armchairs and a flat screen TV, as well as wooden furnishings.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can prepare your finest culinary exploits with ease during your stay.

BEDROOM
Abbey Heights has two elegant bedrooms. You’ll find a double room and a twin. All beds are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens. Please note that the beds in the second bedroom can be joint to form a double. Please get in touch to request this prior to your stay.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the apartment are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Please note that there is no lift access up to Abbey Heights.

The Neighborhood:
The centre of Whitby and Whitby beach are just a few short steps away from Abbey Heights, so it’s ideal if you want to experience what life is like living by the sea.

The area is famous for the quality of its fish and chip restaurants, and there are plenty of places where you can sink your teeth into a fresh catch. When you fancy a drink, you’ll find a variety of bars as well as pubs and shops in the local area.

Whitby is also famous for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’. You’ll find plenty of sites near the apartment with historic interest relating to the story. The main inspiration can be found at the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey.

Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. In particular, Dalby Forest and Guisborough Forest, just a short drive away and they both have various beautiful walking and cycling routes to explore.

Getting Around:
Abbey Heights is just a short walk to the town centre, Whitby Harbour and the bus and train station. Villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.

This apartment is located in Whitby. Whitby Pavilion and Whitby Abbey are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Museum of Victorian Science and The Moors National Park Centre.
