Woodpecker 2 is a first floor cottage in a group of properties set in beautiful countryside, close to the Mid Wales village of Llafanafan Fawr. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom with an en-suite, a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Outside the cottage is off road parking and shared use of stunning grounds with an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a children’s play area. Set in a fabulous rolling hillside setting, Woodpecker 2 is a lovely property for a relaxing holiday.

Set in the slopes of the Llanafan Valley and within easy distance of the equally beautiful Wye Valley, the surrounding countryside is renowned for its walking and mountain biking opportunities, though it also provides an excellent backdrop for fishing and bird-watching along the Wye and Irfon rivers. Builth Wells is also within easy driving distance and this picturesque market town provides a variety of interesting crafts stores and many collectors' fairs. The annual Royal Welsh Show is hosted in the town every July and is a colourful, fascinating fete. The Brecon Beacons National Park and the spectacular Black Mountains are easy to reach from the area, making this an ideal place for people looking to enjoy the outdoor life or simply relax against this stunning backdrop.

Located in Builth Wells, this apartment is in a rural area and on a lake. Radnorshire Museum and National Cycle Collection are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Llandrindod Golf Club and Builth Wells Golf Club.
