GREAT APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION - Located in the well regarded and affluent area of Pontcanna our apartment is in a Victorian building that backs onto the cricket ground of Glamorgan County Cricket Club and extensive gardens of Cardiff Castle. Within easy walking distance to city centre and comes with two free parking spaces if required. Pavement cafes, designer boutiques, restaurants, Wales Millennium Stadium and the City Centre are in walking distance, take a stroll through the grounds of the Castle to get to the city centre and stop off for a cream tea in Pettigrew Tea Rooms in the Castle grounds. Definitely No car needed.

“Cathedral Apartment” is just a pleasant 10 minute walk through the grounds of Cardiff Castle to the Wales Millennium Stadium home to Welsh rugby and an abundance of shops and restaurants (now including John Lewis and Jamie's). A quick hop on the Bus or Aquabus takes you to the coastal activities of Cardiff Bay/Marina or a show at the fantastic Wales Millenium Centre. “Cathedral Apartment" is a 1 bedroom apartment located in the fashionable area of Pontcanna with its street cafes, restaurants, designer shops and in easy walking distance of Cardiff City Centre. Situated in a quiet, converted Victorian property with a terrace and private parking for 2 cars. The apartment has a beautiful lounge with large Victorian windows overlooking the garden. It has a comfortable sofa, a 40" flat screen TV, a bright double bedroom with patio doors leading to a small outside terrace for your morning cuppa. It has a full size bathroom with overshower and WC and a well equipped kitchen making for a perfect city break with coastal activities just a short drive away. The kitchen is equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, hob, oven, microwave and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. The lounge has a quality sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed (please confirm if required to ensure bed linen is ordered). The apartment is located on Cathedral Road a tree lined avenue in Pontcanna, quoted by the Sunday Times as one of Cardiff's most affluent areas. It is safe and has private parking. The apartment has full central heating making for cosy stays in the autumn/winter. Linen is provided including bath towels for each guest. Additional linen is provided for stays of more than one week. Changeover services can also be arranged for stays of more than 1 week if required. 2 free Parking spaces can be provided (Please book in advance and note there is a width/height restriction preventing tall vehicle access - check for details). No Hen or Stag type group bookings taken sorry!

Guests (up to 4) will have sole use of the property which is a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment occupying the front of a large Victorian Semi with a small terrace and free parking.

The house is in the area of Pontcanna which is a select area very close to the city centre with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. The house is 1km from the train and bus stations - a cab will cost around £4 and the bus around £2 pp. The airport is around 10 kms from the house and a cab will cost around £30.

Located on a river, this apartment is in Pontcanna, a neighborhood in Cardiff. Cardiff Bay and Techniquest are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Cardiff Market and Queen Arcade.
