Puddleduck is a luxury lodge situated in the popular resort of Caldecott Hall, with 2 golf courses, a spa and fitness centre and a swimming pool available on site for guests..

Guests can park directly in front of the lodge which is set amongst the picturesque lakes of the resort and has balcony views out over the water and gold courses beyond. The private hot tub on the front deck is a popular feature which guests will enjoy unwinding in with a glass of wine or Prosecco.

Walking into the lodge, guests are welcomed into the warm and inviting open-plan interior. The wood-panelled walls and ceilings create a cosy atmosphere, especially in the Autumn and Winter months. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dining area along with the twin bedroom and a handy utility room housing the washing machine. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a shower over bath.

Upstairs is the main living area with access to the balcony which is a great spot to sit out and enjoy the sunset from of an evening. The master bedroom is also on the first floor and off this an be found the en-suite shower room.

Puddleduck lodge is part of the exclusive Tingdene Lifestyle Village, which is a Scandinavian-designed wooden lodge development overlooking the fairways of the 400-acre Caldecott Hall Golf Club. The site offers two 18-hole golf courses and driving range, a clubhouse and bar (restricted opening times) whilst The Barnworks Fitness centre and Spa offers a wide range of facilities, including spa sessions and an indoor heated swimming pool. Catch and release fishing in the lakes is also permitted on request.

Both the golf and spa offer concessionary prices for guests staying at Puddleduck Lodge.

If guests can draw themselves away from all the facilities and activities available on site, there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Set amidst beautiful coastal scenery and rural countryside, nearby Great Yarmouth it is one of Britain's most popular seaside resorts and has beautiful sandy beaches and popular visitor attractions. There are also several interesting historical buildings, and it is also easy to explore the superb Norfolk Broads waterways just to the west.
