Saxlingham Thorpe is a peaceful and picturesque village situated a short distance south of Norwich in the picturesque Tas Valley. Close by is the Tas Valley vineyard at Forncett St Peter and the Smockmill Common Nature Reserve. Located within easy driving distance of the Broads, the coast of either Norfolk or Suffolk, as well as all of the attractions in Norwich itself, Saxlingham Thorpe offers an ideal base from which to explore an often overlooked, yet delightful area of East Anglia.

Situated in the grounds of the owner's home, in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of the village, Lodge Barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation on one level. With exposed timber beams and wood floors that give a feeling of space and warmth, this is a welcoming place to relax and unwind. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 0.25 miles
