You can also visit popular seaside towns including Cromer, Caister on Sea and Great Yarmouth. The historic city of Norwich is also within easy reach. The nearest beach is located approximately only a 10 minute walk away, perfect for an evening stroll or a day building sandcastles. Based in a holiday village with assistance on hand 24/7, this welcoming property is one of four barn conversions surrounding a lovely shared garden area. On entering you will find yourself in a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfy seating, TV and garden views, the lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in. You will also find a dining area, ideal for four guests. Heading over to the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Exploring this attractive single level property further you will find two cosy bedrooms, each accessed via two steps. There s a double bedroom and one twin room. You will also find a shower room complete with a large walk in shower and WC. Going outside, there s a delightful garden area which is shared with the three other properties on site. You will also find an ideally located games room. This is a large open plan space with plenty of sofas, tables and a large TV screen. Games equipment includes a snooker table, pool table (pay as you go), table football, board games and table tennis and customer toilets. Outside is a sun terrace with tables and chairs, making this a great place to go if you need some extra space to relax and have fun. Free to use for all residents, opening times are from 8am until 6pm.
