As well as the coast, the property is close to many fascinating National Trust properties including Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall. The famous Norfolk Broads are also nearby and are perfect for boat trips and relaxing in pubs by the river. There are plenty of charming villages and market towns to discover, including Roughton and North Walsham. You can also explore the beautiful Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or drive over to Caister on Sea, Great Yarmouth or Norwich. On entering this delightful holiday property you will find yourself in the light and airy open plan lounge/kitchen. With comfy seating, TV/DVD, the comfortable and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Exploring this charming property further, you will find two cosy bedrooms. There s a double room, which can be accessed via two steps, and three steps lead you up into the single room, which has an extra pull out bed. This room is suitable for either one adult , one adult and one child/cot or two children. You will also find a shower room complete with a large walk in shower and WC. Stepping outside you will find a private patio area with table, chairs and BBQ, allowing you to sit back and dine al fresco. The cottage s lovely garden looks out across the village green. There is a large climbing frame with a slide and swings in the garden, and there is also a small enclosed pond. There is off road parking available for two cars. The owners can also provide a wide range of beach kit including buckets, spades and windbreaks if you re heading off to the beach.
