The three bed cottage has been renovated to create a fantastic holiday home for you and your family to enjoy indoor or outdoor living, with a large living space, a covered terrace and enclosed garden.

In a few minutes you can be in Perth, and you’re less than five miles from the motorway network linking you with everything Scotland has to offer.

This cottage says stylish and practical from the moment you open the front door. Pine floors and furnishing combine with a light, bright feel to give you a flavour of country living with all the mod cons you’re looking for.

The main living area is a lovely open plan space combining the kitchen with a lounge/dining room, and large doors to the garden. You have your choice of where to eat – with a dining table for six indoors and also on the covered terrace, or a picnic table on the patio beyond.

Staying outside, there’s plenty of space in the enclosed garden for children to play on the lawn too. Make the most of the weather and long Scottish summer evenings!

Back indoors, the lounge area includes a corner sofa and easy chairs, and if you can tear yourself away from the view, there is a smart TV with Netflix, with broadband throughout the cottage.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for families with a large fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
The three bedrooms are spacious, with built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower. The double bedroom has its own patio door onto the terrace, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom is practical with a shower over the bath, sink and WC.
