The cottage has two super king-size double bedrooms (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower rooms, a ground floor super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio garden with furniture and a barbecue. Lon Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 3 miles. Note: Due to the property being on a farm, dogs to be kept on a lead when outside. Located in Perth, this cottage is in a rural area. Alyth Museum and Historic Scotland Stanley Mills are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Ossian's Hall and Scone Palace. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Perth Racecourse or McDiarmid Park. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling and hiking in the area.
