Located in the seaside town of Redcar on the North Yorkshire coast, The Dunes is a beautifully styled ground floor apartment. Sleeping up to four guests, it’s the perfect match for family staycations, romantic retreats and getaways with friends. You’re more than welcome to bring your pup along for your stay as the apartment is also dog friendly! Just a short stroll from the beach and the town centre, The Dunes is ideally placed to enjoy everything Redcar has to offer.

The Space:
The Dunes boasts a welcoming and stylish open plan living and kitchen space. Ultra chic, the kitchen includes white cabinets and scallop style tiles. Fully equipped with modern appliances, you’ll have access to a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, hob and a fridge freezer. The living area features a leather sofa and a flat screen TV where you can relax with your loved ones.

Outside you’ll find an enclosed yard with a seating area. Perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying al fresco meals, the backyard is an added bonus.

The apartment benefits from two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious super king bed and the second bedroom includes a double. Both rooms have ample storage and plush bedding to create a comfortable place to stay.

Head to the bathroom and you’ll find a clean, sophisticated look. A large walk in shower, WC and vanity unit with a basin complete the space.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Digital parking permits will be provided, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The Dunes is located in the coastal town of Redcar. Packed with nostalgic charm, the seafront has ice cream parlours, arcades and fish and chip shops. There are a number of rides which little ones will love too!

Along the seafront is the infamous vertical pier where you can enjoy views of the coastline. This is also home to a popular bar with outdoor seating looking out to the sea. Further independent cosy bars can be found on Station Road, just a short walk from the apartment.

Redcar is also home to Redcar Racecourse so if you’re visiting for a race day or Ladies’ Day, the apartment is a great base.

Located on the North Yorkshire coastline, you can walk to Marske-by-the-Sea along the beach and then further on to Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Here you’ll find the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK and a 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea.

Getting Around:
Redcar Central Station is a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. Redcar has great train links with direct routes to Middlesbrough, Darlington and Manchester, as well as connecting routes to Leeds and York.

There are a number of bus stops throughout Redcar with Arriva routes to Middlesbrough, Marske, Saltburn, Sandsend and Whitby.
