This house accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen and kitchen utensils, cleaned between each stay and weekly for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen.

The guest has access to satellite TV, internet access, use of washing machine, iron & ironing board, and microwave etc.
Located just minutes away from the train station in the heart of the countryside.

Our self-catered house is less than an hour’s travel to a number of businesses, including the Peterborough Cathedral, Longthorpe Tower and Peterborough Magistrates Court. The property is also located close to the East of England Arena and Events Centre and an airport at just over 30 minutes away. The facilities of this 2-bedroom house accommodation make it a perfect place for travelling on business, as well as visiting Peterborough for pleasure.

GUEST ACCESS
There is no rush to arrive at the studio because it’s self-check-in via a lockbox to ensure no direct contact with anyone.

PARKING
After you’ve dropped off your bags, the car park is at The Sessions House Thorpe Road, Peterborough PE3 6AL.

Whilst looking through the welcome information pack that contains important details about the house, please feel free to make a complimentary tea or coffee.

***EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check-in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
