Green Acre View is the ideal place to stay when visiting Sandwich for leisure or work.  This modern family home has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a spacious open plan living area downstairs. There is also a large garden & off street parking. The Medieval Town of Sandwich is approx. 1 mile away and for those staying for work, Discovery Park is just 2 miles away. If you are aiming to increase your par, Royal St Georges Golf Club is just 2.6 miles away.


If you are bringing your furry friend, please specify the dog and size before booking. We accommodate well behaved, preferably small dogs.

Babies welcome, however you will need to bring your own travel cot or we can supply a travel cot and high chair upon request for £15 up to 7 nights (subject to availability).

We provide an in-depth digital guidebook you can access from your phone whilst you're out and about. It includes places to eat/drink, activities to do, sights to see and information about the property.

There are plenty of visitor attractions in Sandwich including Restaurants, Coffee Shops and Traditional Pubs, Nature Reserves, The Royal St Georges Golf Club, Guildhall Museum, River Tours, Roman Forts, plus much more.  The beach at Sandwich Bay is just over 3 miles away.  Also, within a 10-30 minute drive are the seaside towns of Deal, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Dover and the City of Canterbury.  

All making Sandwich an ideal base to discover Kent, the Garden of England. 

With its ancient buildings, nature reserves, golf courses, delightful country pubs, cafés and restaurants, the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich is a must to visit for the discerning tourist.

Sandwich is also surrounded by small picturesque villages, such as Eastry, Ash, Worth and Woodnesborough & within easy reach are the nearby towns of Canterbury and the Port of Dover.

This bright & modern semi-detached house has been stylishly furnished throughout and has a stunning rear garden with farmland views.

Downstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen / lounge / diner. The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa, and TV with SKY.

The modern kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, a large standalone Fridge-freezer, induction hob and electric oven, plus all cooking and dining essentials. Doors also lead out to the garden. The dining area has a large table with seating for up to 7.

Also, located downstairs is the main bathroom which includes a good-sized shower, basin and vanity unit and toilet.

Outside at the rear of the property is a large garden with grass and patio area. There is an outdoor table with seating for 4 people. Also, outside is an outhouse, which has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The smallest bedroom has a children's' size single bed and a rollout mattress (so, could accommodate 1 extra infant/child) and the middle bedroom has two 3ft singles. Both have plenty of storage.

The property has a large driveway for parking.

Towels, linen, and toiletries are all provided. Please be aware that toiletries provided may not be the same as shown in photos.
Sandwich Train Station is a 1 mile away.
Local buses run regularly.
There are plenty of taxi services in the area.

This vacation home is located in Sandwich. Royal St George's Golf Club and Royal Cinque Ports Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory Trust and Wingham Wildlife Park. Howletts Wild Animal Park and Dreamland are also worth visiting.
