It is a detached, refurbished farm property located within the grounds of the farmhouse, with farmland surrounding and wildflower meadows. There are many footpaths, bridle ways and quiet lanes to explore, yet not far away you can shop for some wonderful local produce (the owners of this cottage supply and own a butchers shop in Hawkhurst). This is a perfect base for visiting the many castles, gardens, National Trust properties and historic houses easily reached within a short drive from this delightful holiday home. Garden: There is a fenced grassed garden area to the rear of the property with views over the large pond that is available for carp fishing (charge applicable). To the front of this pretty property is a spacious gravel seating area with garden table and chairs, barbecue and wonderful outlook over the rolling fields and paddocks.
Parking: Ample private parking next to the cottage.
Heating: Oil central heating.
Also Provided: Provision for cycle storage.
Notes: A security deposit of £30 is payable on arrival at the property. This is a working farm with sheep, cows, pigs, horses and dogs. The cottage is fenced off from the farm, but guests can use the footpaths across the fields and upon request, can be shown around the farm.
