Bedroom 1 faces the sea and has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 faces the garden and has twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 faces the garden and has single bed, bedside table, chair, wardrobe and a travel cot if required
Bathroom with a power shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: A small front patio and a sheltered, sun trap, rear enclosed patio with barbecue and garden furniture. The terraced garden to the rear rises steeply and is undergoing renovation.
Parking: Off-road parking space for one car in front of house. Any other cars to be parked in road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: The terraced garden is not safe for the very young or elderly. A part time gardener is employed
