This charming Georgian terraced cottage has a garden and is conveniently located on a quiet street in the conservation area of central Deal. Perfect for those without a car as only a short walk to the beach, pubs, restaurants, shops and other facilities of this interesting old fishing town. There's plenty to do for visitors of all ages and the town centre is pedestrianised. Garden: Unusually for properties in the Deal conservation area, there is a thirty foot garden with a suntrap patio and rear access. There is garden furniture and the garden is fenced.
Parking: There are double yellow lines outside the property but it is permitted to park whilst loading/unloading in the Church car park opposite.There is a public car park just two minutes walk from the cottage.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: The stairs are narrow and quite steep so not really suitable for toddlers or those with mobility problems.
