Set out on foot from the front door to explore the Black Mountains, climb the Sugarloaf (4.5 miles) or follow the Beacons Way, which begins in Llanthony village (6.5 miles) and winds its way west for 95 miles through the fantastic Brecon Beacons National Park. Take to two wheels to follow the Black Mountains Cycle Track, an award winning trail. For amenities, head into the busy market town of Abergavenny (3.5 miles) to stock up on supplies or enjoy a delicious meal out. For a spot of culture, visit nearby Llanthony Priory (6.5 miles) or Raglan Castle (14.5 miles). Spacious, bright and traditional, this tastefully finished bungalow offers a home from home in the Brecon Beacons. The charming kitchen/diner has an electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge, Welsh dresser, dining table seating four and a fantastic view from the sink. After a day of exploring, retreat to the cosy living room, with its inviting sofa and armchairs, electric fire, Freeview TV and PlayStation. From here, a door leads into a wonderful conservatory, the perfect place to read a book, play board games or just watch the world go by. This property benefits from two stylish bedrooms, one king size and one twin, both with hardwood floors. The bedrooms share a bathroom with walk in shower. Step outside to find beautifully established and well cared for gardens, complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the evening sunshine. There is parking available together with ample storage for bikes in the garden workshop.
