The area immediately surrounding the property not only has a large number of picturesque villages to explore, but also offers a range of attractions, including the Tamar Otter Centre, and Roadford Reservoir. The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors, whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches, exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel. This charming barn conversion property is reached via a quiet tarmac lane, giving the property a lovely secluded feel. Once inside, the main living area is a welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which the owners have thoughtfully dressed in a homely cottage style with inviting sofa seating, plump cushions, and exposed beams. A TV, DVD, and hi fi provide entertainment, whilst the well equipped kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to make themselves feel at home including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. One of the bedrooms, a restful double room, is located on the lower ground floor, as is the shower room with WC. The second bedroom is a galleried twin room which is accessed via stairs from the living area. The location of this room in the eaves of the property means that there is a sloping ceiling and some reduced head height. Outside, there i garden to the rear of the property which has a patio area with a BBQ and seating, beyond which is an enclosed lawn area with views over the surrounding fields. There is ample parking available.
