18 The Meadows is a detached modern holiday home which sleeps up to 6 guests and enjoys an enviable location in a quiet area centrally situated in the Scottish seaside town of Dornoch. With easy access to local amenities and Highland landscapes and travel routes, it offers the best of both worlds.

The holiday home is laid out across the ground floor, with a spacious living room provided for everyone to spend time together. Sit back and relax on the two sofas while you enjoy the smart TV with its Freeview channels or warm yourself up in front of the electric fire.

When you get hungry, the well-equipped dining kitchen has everything you need. Cook up something tasty, with appliances such as an electric oven, hob, kettle, and toaster, with added conveniences like a coffee pod machine, a dishwasher, and even a Bluetooth speaker for tunes. There’s also a dining table to seat up to 6 guests.

The property has three bedrooms, one with a super-king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other two containing two single beds each. Each bedroom has bedside units with lights, a wardrobe, and a dressing table with a mirror. There’s also a separate bathroom which features a bath with a separate shower. For added convenience the property also has an ironing board and iron, as well as a hairdryer.

At the rear of the house is a private, fenced garden with a lawn and outdoor furniture, as well as a washing line and a lockable shed perfect for storing bikes and other equipment. A garden out front has both gravel and grass.
