Wisteria Cottage can be found at the end of an attractive small row of traditional, stone-built, Victorian terraced cottages. Spaciously set out over three floors, the property benefits from a long south facing lawned garden, perfect for summer evenings, and offers lovely views out towards the famous Ilkley Moor. Ilkley’s town centre, with its abundance of restaurants, pubs, pavement cafés and independent shops, can all be reached in around a 15-minute walk, as can legendary Bettys Café Tea Rooms where afternoon tea is a must.
Ilkley is home to its very own outdoor Lido, which is open seasonally and surrounded by beautiful parkland and a picnic area. It also marks the start of the 80-mile Dales Way which stretches all the way to Bowness-on-Windermere in Cumbria. For those not quite as adventurous, Ilkley is surrounded by moorland and beautiful countryside, and being on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, means you will find fantastic walks for all abilities.
Bolton Abbey can be reached in around a 20-minute drive and offers 30,000 acres of beautiful countryside to explore. The charming market town of Skipton, also 20 minutes away, is home to an ancient castle, cobbled high street and colourful street market. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
