This Grade II listed, Georgian, terraced cottage is set over four floors and is situated in a quiet street in the 'old' town, a few minutes walk from the beach and town centre and an ideal place to explore Scarborough's attractions. It has been recently renovated yet retains many original features, like fireplaces and beamed ceiling in the lounge. It has great sea and harbour views from the top floor. A short walk to the pub and a small minimart.
 
ACCOMMODATION: entrance into a cosy lounge with beamed ceiling and log burning stove. Stairs lead down to a modern kitchen with dining area. French doors open up to a spacious patio with sitting our furniture. From the lounge fairly steep cottage stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a twin beds, feature fireplace and hanging space. A shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. On the floor above is a large bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wall mounted TV. This room has great views of the sea and harbour. As the stairs are fairly steep, the cottage is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

SERVICES: large fridge/freezer, five burner gas hob, electric oven and grill, washing machine, microwave. Flatscreen TV with DVD and freeview. Wall mounted TV in the master bedroom. Gas central heating and log burning stove. Fuel not provided. Bed linen and towels are provided.  Non-smokers only. One well behaved dog is welcome. On street parking in the area. Scratch cards are provided. Outside at the rear of the property is a suntrap patio with garden furniture. Storage area for bikes etc. A cot is available.
