Chestnut Cottage, Fylingthorpe Whitby, North Yorkshire
Situated in a quiet location in the hamlet of Ramsdale this former granary has been converted to a comfortable cottage. The property retains some original features such as stone walls and beams in the lounge. Approached by a quiet lane the property sits towards the bottom of the valley near a wood and is surrounded by countryside. This is an ideal location as it's within a short drive of Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby and Scarborough. There is a shop and pub in Fylingthorpe and a post office, shops and several pubs in nearby Robin Hoods Bay.
Accommodation: entrance into a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a good size double bedroom with large wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, double aspect windows giving lots of light. Also off the kitchen is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. There is a spacious lounge with beamed ceiling, dining facilities, an electric fire and bed settee. Ample outside parking in the spacious suntrap courtyard. There is a garden bench and garden chairs. The property is all on one level so it would be suitable for people with mobility problems.

A cot and high chair are available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. A garden bench and two chairs are provided. Ample parking in the courtyard which can be accessed by a private drive.
