Tucked away in the village of Threshfield around half a mile from Grassington, this stone built cottage offers cosy accommodation ideal for couples from which to explore the wonderful scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Long Ashes, which offers an indoor swimming pool and spa facilities together with a gym, is approximately half a mile away. Grassington is a bustling town and has a selection of individual shops, pubs and restaurants where both good pub grub and fine dining are on offer.
In summer, Grassington hosts an Arts Festival where you will find famous musicians, presenters and comedians. In winter it holds the Dickensian Festival to really get you in the mood for Christmas. A little further afield lies the bustling market town of Skipton where you can jump on a canal boat, wander round the Norman Castle or shop to your hearts content. The spa town of Harrogate and the historic city of York are both also within easy reach. The National Trust properties of Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal make for a fun alternative day out.
