A cosy single storey cottage set in a lovely rural setting.
If you want to 'get away from it all' and love the countryside with its wildlife and flora, this is the place to choose. The cottage is attached to an old farmhouse situated at the end of an unadopted road surrounded by moors and woodlands. The sea is about a two miles away. There are many lovely walks in the area - one of the most beautiful is along the old railway track to Robin Hood's Bay.
Accommodation:
Entrance, porch. Cosy lounge with low beamed ceiling and ornamental fireplace. Bed settee in the lounge. Kitchen with dining facilities. a door lead to a private patio with garden furniture. On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table, shower cubicle and separate toilet.

Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob with new electric grill and oven, microwave. Colour TV with DVD, radio/CD player. Oil central heating. Bed linen is provided. patio with garden furniture. use of the owner's own garden. Non-smokers only. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking for two cars near the property. Please note: the unadopted road leading to the cottage is about 2 miles long.
