All three bedrooms are positioned on the first floor along with a large, family shower room too.

Seahouses is a popular holiday destination with a good choice of pubs, shops and eateries all within easy walking distance of Lynbank. There is also a wide selection of takeaways including Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine, as well as traditional fish and chips. Boat trips to the Farne Islands depart regularly from the harbour where the puffins and grey seal colonies are a spectacular sight. There is an impressive golf course on the links only 300 yards from Lynbank, and horse riding can be arranged less than a mile away.

Two miles down the coastline is Beadnell, renowned for its extensive golden sandy bay and popular for water sports, including kite surfing, diving and water-skiing. Three miles up the seashore is the picturesque village of Bamburgh, dominated by its magnificent castle. A short drive inland brings you to the historic market town of Alnwick, where its own castle is a popular visitor attraction along with Alnwick Garden. Lynbank makes a superb base for families to explore this Heritage Coast which has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Beach 300 yards.
