These cottages are in a beautiful old stone-built church and stable which have been converted to provide three spacious and comfortable self-catering cottages.Kirkend can accommodate up to 5 people in two bedrooms, double and twin, and a sleeping gallery.Lonnenend sleeps four people in double and twin bedrooms.The Stable provides a double bed in a large studio apartment.The cottages are set in interesting, well-tended gardens where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside.Chollerton is a tiny hamlet in the valley of the North Tyne, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is 2 miles north of Hadrian's Wall,6 miles from Hexham and 8 miles from Corbridge. Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead Metro Centre are 25 miles away. Within an hour's drive are the unspoilt Northumbrian Coast, Alnwick, Carlisle, Kielder Forest, and the Scottish Borders.
