Nearby is a brilliant shower room that enjoys metro tiling and contemporary facilities, including a spacious, glass shower and a countertop basin. Being a short distance from Amble's high street means you've got all your amenities at your feet, including several eateries and shops. Amble is also home to a delightful harbour, where you can spend some time boat-spotting, before wandering down to the beach and marina for some fun in the sun; the town isn't far from the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, meaning ample beaches, footpaths and cycleways are just moments away! Why not pay the village of Warkworth a visit, with its medieval castle ruins providing entertaining, audio tours and the winding River Coquet offering a quaint, riverside footpath, where you can spot the fascinating landmark of Warkworth Hermitage on a stroll. For even more coastal fun, travel a little further afield to Seahouses, a large village offering boat tours to the enchanting Farne Islands, guided walks around the village where you can learn of the area's history and The Bunker, an amusement centre that is bound to entertain the little ones! There are many settlements waiting to be explored in Northumberland such as Morpeth, Alnwick, Bamburgh and Alnmouth, just to name a few, whilst the Northumberland National Park can also be reached, with its abundance of outdoors activities.
