Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Boundary Cottage is a beautifully presented two bedroom property on the outskirts of Torquay. Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of South Devon, whilst being close enough to the seaside, this is the perfect place for families or friends wishing to have a get together.
With a stylish living room complete with a wood burner, you’ll be looking forward to a cosy evening on the sofa to relax your feet after a busy day on the beach or walking through the Devonshire countryside.
Upstairs is a very spacious kingsize bedroom with a comfortable sofa and a lovely twin bedroom opposite. Both bedrooms overlook the delightful garden and there is a family bathroom where you can unwind in the bath after a fun-filled day. There will be no fights over the bathroom in the morning as there is also a large shower room on the ground floor. The garden has a cosy summerhouse and deck chairs to make the most of the sun. There is also a gravel patio area with table and chairs so you can sit outside and soak up the scenery with your loved ones.
Although Boundary Cottage is nestled in the countryside it is just minutes from Otter Nurseries where you can enjoy a fun day out. Alternatively, Compton Castle is close by, a National Trust fortified manor house waiting to be explored. Paignton Zoo is less than a 15-minute drive away with over 2,500 animals across 80 acres, you’re in for a wild time!
