Pen y Banc is a beautiful rural cottage looking out over the lovely Cardigan Bay and only a short drive away from the popular picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron.
The cottage has a newly modern fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and equipped with everything you should need to make an enjoyable stay. There is a breakfast bar with stools or a dining table if you prefer.
Modern open plan living room with a cosy new fire place and large leather sofabed and chair, a TV and DVD player and again with stunning views across open countryside of Cardigan Bay.
With one freshly decorated double bedroom inc a wardrobe, dressing table and mirror with drawers and a relaxing view across the fields.
There is a clean modern tiled spacious bathroom with a shower / bath , heated towel rail and plenty of space for your personal toiletries etc.
You can watch the sun setting in the garden soaking up the sunshine and relaxing having a drink, table and chairs provided.
The property is only a short walk to Cross Inn where there is a pub and a fully stocked local shop and post office.
Aberaeron is a 15 minute drive to the coast and only a short drive to New Quay with plenty of beautiful bays to visit and coastal paths, an ideal location for a relaxing break away.
The grounds offer two small wild life lakes stocked with carp, tench and rudd, with fishing available at £10 per day per rod for our guests. Wild life paths around the grounds and lakes for scenic strolls. Any additional information please ask. Free parking for 1 car only. We allow upto 2 dogs ,please inform us.. cost is £20 per pet per stay. To ensure our guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay, we do not allow any extra guests or visitors at any time. Banc Farm is a private property not a commercial caravan park.

Located in Llanon, this cottage is in a rural area and near the beach. Cilgwyn Golf Club and Kingston upon Thames - Shepperton Ferry Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cors Caron and Harbour Beach. Jane Beck Welsh Blankets and Cae Hir Gardens are also worth visiting. Water skiing and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.
