Why not head to the coast for the day and venture to Penbryn Beach, Tresaith Beach and Aberporth Beach for a day packed with sun and sand? New Quay is a bustling seaside town with a harbour and the opportunity to take boat trips out to spot seals and dolphins swimming in their natural habitat in Cardigan Bay, with three beaches, fish and chips, ice creams and lots of gift shops there is something for everyone. Spend the day in the bustling town of Cardigan, where Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan Castle and Cardigan Guildhall Market will give you a great insight into the area's history. Just up the road is Cardigan Island Farm Park where you can meet not only the animals but can also watch for seals basking on the rocks.
