This beautiful hall is set within its own grounds providing a peaceful and lovely retreat for a family holiday. Parts of the house date from the late 16th century giving it lots of character with exposed beams and a small panelled sitting room. However, it also offers all the modern conveniences to make your stay very special. The large kitchen extends into an orangery with french doors onto the patio area at the back of the house. Beyond this part of the garden, the swimming pool sits in its own enclosed space with a summer house and furniture. There is a large dining room along with a further sitting room with a large wood burning stove, giving lots of space for everyone to enjoy their stay.

Upstairs the accommodation is spacious. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a separate free-standing bath and shower and his and hers wash basins. There are a further two large double rooms. Bedroom three has twin single beds and bedroom five has a single bed along with a pull out single bed. The family bathroom provides a separate shower and bath and there is a further bathroom with a shower.

Besides the swimming pool, there is also a small gym available if you fancy some fitness work however you might just decide to enjoy some of the walking in the local area as there are footpaths from the Hall to explore the gently rolling countryside, or just head to the pub, The Crown in Buxhall via the footpath.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen
Large kitchen with Aga, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and sound system.
Orangery
With table and chairs for ten guests and a sofa.
Panelled snug
Open fire, television with Sky and BT sports, comfortable seating and a selection of board games.
Dining room
With table and chairs to seat 12 guests.
Sitting room
With a wood burning stove and seating for 10 guests.
Utility room
Back door to the rear garden, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and a butlers sink.
Cloakroom
With wash basin and WC.

First floor:
Master bedroom
With super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath, shower, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom two
With a king-size bed.
Bedroom three
With two 3' single beds.
Bedroom four
With a double bed.
Bedroom five
With a full size single bed and further pullout single bed on request.

Outside:
There are chairs and seating for 10 guests on the patio at the rear of the house along with steamer chairs and comfy seating.
The swimming pool is available between May and the end of September. This is within it's own enclosed garden and guests can use this at their own risk.
The gym is located in the cartlodge opposite the Hall. Guests are welcome to use at their own risk.

Additional Information
Please be aware that there is a partial moat and a pond at the property which are not fenced off so young children should be supervised.
