Kessingland itself has a sand and shingle beach and is part of the Suffolk Coastal Footpath. To the south are the conservation areas of Dunwich Heath and Minsmere offering an abundance of wildlife and wonderful walks with coastal views. You can enjoy days out at Kessingland Africa Alive Park, Somerleyton Hall and Pleasurewood Hills Theme park, all of which are within easy driving distance.
