A stunning semi detached family holiday home in the buzzing coastal town of Aldeburgh. With 5 well proportioned bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, large social living, kitchen and dining spaces and even ping pong in the garage.
Off road parking for one car and further unrestricted parking on the road and only a short 5 minute walk to the marvellous shingle beach. Aldeburgh's bustling High Street is a short walk away, bursting with independent shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants.

Ground Floor
Up a step and enter Bluebells through the front door into the large porch with door to the garage on the right and door ahead into the house. The inner hall leads to the living room on the left, kitchen / dining to the right and a useful WC under the stairs. Laminate flooring through the ground floor with steps down into the garage and out of the back doo to the courtyard.

Kitchen / Dining Room
This is a fabulously social space for cooking and dining together. The U shaped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook any meal. The kitchen benefits from a super range style cooker with 5 gas rings, an extractor over and double electric oven beneath. There's a full size NEFF dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (bring your own pods)mct , microwave and Dualit kettle and toaster. On the other side of the room is the utility space with large integrated fridge (there's a freezer in the garage), and an integrated washing machine and separate dryer.

In the light and bright dining area is a large wooden table which comfortable seats 8 guests. There are two further chairs and also two stools at the breakfast bar. Large sash windows surround the dining space and look out towards the pretty courtyard garden.

Living Room
With a large two seat sofa and another L shaped corner sofa. The room also has a faux leather chair and window seat with cushions. There is a feature fireplace and wood burner (not in use) and for the summer months there's an air conditioning unit.

Garage
A great space for storing all your beach gear and having a game of ping pong. There is also an extra fridge freezer in the garage so you have plenty of storage.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs rise to the first floor with three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

First Floor Twin / King
With two 2'6" single beds which can be zipped together to make a king (if requested at time of booking). Windows with blind look out over the courtyard and storage for clothes in the chest of drawers with TV on top.

First Floor King with Ensuite Shower Room
A large room with windows to front and rear aspect. The pine framed king size bed sits centrally in the room between bedside cabinets with lamps. There are two built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for storage. Guests in this room benefit from an air conditioning unit and an ensuite shower room with basin and WC.

First Floor King (Union Jack Theme)
Another good sized room with a fun Union Jack theme. Guests have a king sized bed, built in wardrobes and further storage in the chest of drawers.

First Floor Family Bathroom
A modern white suite with bath and shower over, WC and basin set in a vanity unit. Underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

Second Floor
Carpeted stairs rise to the second floor with two further bedrooms

Master Bedroom with en suite Bathroom
A very spacious bedroom with a window and views out to the beach with Thorpeness beyond. The pine king sized bed is between two bedside cabinets with lamps, there is a double built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers for clothes and other belongings. This bedroom benefits from a huge ensuite bathroom which features a bath with shower over, wash basin, WC. heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Second Floor Twin
Ideal for kids, this room offers two standard single beds with a bedside cabinet between them. There are bean bags for lounging on and a velux window with views of the sea and beach all the way to Thorpeness. There is restricted head head due to the nature of the room being in the eaves of the property.

Outside
Parking for one car is available on the driveway and further parking can be found on the road side.
At the rear of the property is a pretty paved courtyard garden which is on two levels. Out here there is plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy a meal alfresco and you're welcome to bring your own disposable BBQ is you wish.

1 well behaved dog is allowed but not permitted upstairs or on furniture. When you book, please advise the age and breed of your dog if you plan to bring one.

This vacation home is located in Aldeburgh. Long Shop Museum and Snape Maltings are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Moot Hall and Leiston Abbey. RSPB Minsmere and Easton Farm Park are also worth visiting.
