Visit the local market towns of Great Torrington and Bideford where guests will find a good range of shops and eateries. Nearby are a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes that include the attractive gardens of RHS Rosemoor, The Tarka Trail great for walks and bike rides, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, Lundy Island and many, many more. Tucked away down a no through road lies this wonderful detached barn conversion, which is part of a tiny hamlet of private dwellings. Entering this stunning property, you are immediately greeted by the light and airy hall where you can store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here head into the lounge which has French doors opening onto the first patio, in the summer you can open the doors to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the TV. From here, head up three steps to the well equipped kitchen/diner where natural light pours through the bi folding doors which span along one of the kitchen walls and lead out onto a second patio. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook and entertain with a electric Range master with ovens and hobs, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large dining table seating 12 where you can spend quality time with your loved ones, or celebrate an occasion with friends. There is also a separate laundry room with WC off the hall which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. When the day draws to a close, retire to bed in one of the six bedrooms, all with en suite facilities and split over two floors great for families travelling together. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor one king size with TV and en suite wet room with shower and WC, one king size zip and link (which can be made into 2ft 6 twin beds on request) with an en suite wet room with shower and WC and a further king size zip and link (which can be 2ft 6 twin beds on request) with a TV and an en suite wet room with shower and WC.Heading upstairs to the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms the first is a king size with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a king size zip and link (which can be 2ft 6 twin beds on request) with an en suite wet room with shower and WC and the final bedroom is a king size with en suite wet room with shower and WC. There is underfloor air source heating that runs throughout the property allowing for a warm and welcoming environment so you can feel right at home. Venturing outside from the kitchen/diner is a patio with outside seating for everyone. You will also find a charcoal BBQ and fire pit, ideal for spending an evening by the fire surrounded by friends and family. There is a second sun trapped patio with sun loungers perfect for some lazy summertime sunbathing. There is a large enclosed lawned garden with a swing set, slide and football net so you can enjoy some family friendly competition. There is also a games shed with a pool/snooker table and garden games and toys, perfect to keep children entertained for hours! The property also features off road parking for three cars with further parking for two cars by arrangement with the owners.
