Located within a Dark Sky Reserve yet The North Cornish coastline is an approximate 20 minute drive, with a selection of beaches to choose from including, Sandymouth Bay Beach, Crooklets Beach or the rocky inlet at Hartland. All of which are ideal for surfing and sunbathing. Alternatively take a drive to the stunning Dartmoor National Park to see the native ponies amongst the beautiful scenery. The Cornish town of Bude provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and the nearby market town of Holsworthy also offers a selection of amenities and weekly farmers market where you can pick up homemade goodies. Why not while away the hours on the nearby Tamar Lake, a nature reserve right on your doorstep, which is perfect for countryside walks. The Upper Lake offers coarse fishing, water sports and cafe. Stepping into this impressive property you immediately find yourself in a grand and spacious entrance hall with a contemporary polished concrete floor, vaulted ceiling and beautiful custom made lighting. Heading to the left from here you then step into the equally stunning lounge and this great space boasts lovely large sofas sat in front of a Smart TV with DVD, and floor to ceiling windows enjoying far reaching views. Head into the kitchen/diner, which is the perfect space for family and friends to be together, gathered around the huge dining table beneath the vaulted ceiling with original beams. Like the rest of the property the kitchen area is well equipped and offers an electric range oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and two dishwashers, with steps down from here lead to the useful utility room with a further fridge, freezer, two washing machines and tumble dryer.Adjacent to this is the conservatory with floor to ceiling windows, patio doors to outside and a colourful selection of seating. Football table, board games and toys complete the offering, keeping everyone entertained! The rest of the ground floor includes the first of the beautiful bedrooms, consisting of a super king size zip and link (that can be made up as a twin on request), TV and en suite shower room with WC. Accessed via a stunning glass sided walkway and three steps up you will find the other ground floor bedrooms, a king size with TV and en suite wet room style shower room and WC, and a quadruple with four single beds, TV and en suite bathroom with freestanding bath, wet room style shower and WC. Venturing back out into the entrance hall, you will also find a separate WC. Next ascend the impressive glass sided open tread stairs to the first floor and here you will discover the rest of the bedrooms; a super king size with fabulous views across the countryside, TV and en suite shower room with WC, a king size with TV, pretty Juliet balcony and en suite shower room with WC, and finally a further super king size with TV and large ornate mirror and original beams. Sat next to this last room there is a bathroom with hand held shower over bath, separate shower and WC. Venture outside to the garden, which is fully enclosed making it the perfect safe space for children. There you will find lawn as well as patio area with fire pit to BBQ on or huddle around on those cooler evenings. To keep everyone entertained, there is also a private games barn accessed via 5 steps, with skittle alley, pool table and football table which is accessed via the garden. There is also a swing and selection of outdoor games including badminton, which have been provided for your entertainment. You also have a further patio with seating to the front of the barn giving you an additional place to sit and enjoy. Ample private off road parking is found directly outside, accessed via a short flight of steps down from the front door.
