The pretty seaside town of Bude is only 11 miles away with its vast sandy beaches, water sports including surfing, and a plethora of shops and independent cafes, pubs and restaurants that make this a great day out. Walking enthusiasts will love the rugged coastline walks and a visit to Hartland Quay offers stunning walks, 16 miles away. North Devon is great for cyclists with 180 miles of off road cycling on the Tarka Trail through woodlands and along the coastline with picnic areas, cafes and pubs along the way. Step into this delightful garden and open the doors to your holiday home. Walk into the large, spectacular lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas and watch a movie or two on the impressive Smart TV. The large kitchen/diner has everything you need to entertain and cook up some of your favourite dishes and impress your friends and family. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a super king size zip and link (can be made into twins on request) and a double bedroom alongside a bathroom with a walk in shower and a WC. As you walk upstairs, there are a further four bedrooms: two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room with a WC, and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. Completing the accommodation, there is a utility room which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, you have a choice of two gardens; both of these are enclosed safe places for children and your four legged friends. The luxurious hot tub with patio furniture makes a wonderful place to relax whilst the other garden is filled with tropical flowers and palms, and has a charcoal BBQ, and patio furniture.
