Lamorna Cove is easily accessible direct from the property or carry on down the South West Coastal Path for breath taking views along the cliff tops. Newlyn and Mousehole are just a short drive away for freshly caught fish and experiencing a truly Cornish community. Head slightly further for Penzance, where you can find a multitude of shops and pubs to choose from. Land s End isn t far if you want to pay a visit to England s most westerly point! Also close by is National Trusts St Michael s Mount Island Castle. Enter into the property and you will be welcomed into the open plan kitchen/diner, well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, there is also a large oak dining table for the whole family to sit and enjoy a meal, or why not take advantage of the huge floor to ceiling window whilst you sit and take in the views. Next is the lounge area with comfy seating, this is the perfect place to relax in front of the coal effect electric fire and watch a film on the TV/DVD or listen to some music on the Bluetooth speaker. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading down the hall you will find the three bedrooms. A king size with single bed and en suite shower room with shower and WC, another king size and a twin. Completing the accommodation is a family bathroom with bath, wet room style shower and WC. Heading outside you ll find a south facing terrace area with garden furniture and a shared communal courtyard. There is parking for three cars.
