Feel at home in this barn conversion that s bursting with rustic charm and set in a most peaceful and beautiful river valley. Inside if offers spacious accommodation with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The farm is a wonderful central location for visiting all of Cornwall and Devon. It is within very easy reach of all the beaches and rugged cliffs of the North Cornwall Coast and equally close to the wild moorlands of both counties. Many all year round attractions are within easy travelling distance, including The Eden Project, Plymouth Aquarium, and King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel. Alongside the farm s own cattle and sheep, a wildlife hide has been built overlooking the River Ottery for quiet viewing, and webcams are set up to capture the wildlife around the farm, which can be viewed on the cottage TV. There is lots to do on the farm: acres of lush Cornish countryside to explore, plus two miles of riverside walks. Try clay pigeon shooting or river fishing (both fly and coarse). Enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool (May end September) or Classic British Motorcycle Collection and Experience an Ariel, BSA or Triumph (please contact owners for details). Meet the farm animals, there may be calves and lambs to feed or eggs to collect, depending on the time of year. Stepping inside you will find yourself in the open plan living space. Immediately you are greeted with a sense of warmth, with unique features running throughout. To one end of the room, you will see the large French farmhouse dining table, and to the other end, the lounge area with a wood burner effect gas fire, Smart TV and two sets of patio doors that open onto a sunny and private walled patio area, ideal for BBQs and al fresco dining. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob with dual fuel oven and Rayburn, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine there is also a shared laundry room available on site. Also on the ground floor is one of the double bedrooms with an en suite shower room. Heading upstairs, you will find two further double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, and 1 bunk bedroom, along with the family bathroom. Please note that the upstairs bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Any property identified with increased accessibility may have different levels of provision.
