Within a short stroll to the village of Wellbank with its local shop and pub, you can also walk to Kingennie Fishings to enjoy a spot of Trout fishing or 9 holes of golf. The large dining table is the perfect place to sit down and catch up after a day out and about exploring. The sun room, has direct access to the garden which has open views across the fields. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good book, with ample storage space for outdoor clothing and boots. Continuing through the hall you will find the stylish shower room with shower and WC. Then the traditional king size bedroom, followed by the pretty twin bedroom (please note the twin bedroom is accessed via the king size bedroom). Venturing outside, you will find the fully enclosed front garden with seating area. Ideal for al fresco dining and to enjoy the views over the beautiful countryside, perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is also an abundance of wildlife and birds that visits the garden. There is ample off road parking directly at the side of the property.
