Situated in the quiet village of Jemimaville a charming retreat away from the busier tourist attractions. only 4 miles from the historic town of Cromarty on the Black Isle. The area boasts sandy beaches and endless opportunities for bird watching, dolphin and seal spotting. Cyclists and walkers are spoilt for choice with numerous nearby forestry tracks and trails or for the more adventurous, there are plenty of Munros at about an hour s drive. There are nearby castles, distilleries and museums or just relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wildlife in this area of outstanding beauty. Within a short drive is the highlands capital of Inverness with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities. Enjoy a ferry trip from Cromarty to Nigg. Running from May to September 2021 On entering this lovely property, you will find the open plan living area, the kitchen/diner is fully equipped for you to cook up your evening meal with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. After you day out exploring relax in front of the woodburner (reasonable use of logs included) to watch TV or DVD. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a spacious twin bedroom. Heading upstairs there are a further two bedrooms a double and a twin set in the eves with sloping ceilings. The bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC is also on the second floor. Stepping back outside from the kitchen door there is a large enclosed garden area with outdoor seating and BBQ for you to enjoy alfresco dining with the spectacular views over the Cromarty firth and beyond. Road parking to the front with additional off road parking to the rear.
