Private garden patio area with BBQ to relax after a day of exploring. This beautiful cottage is situated in an elevated position overlooking Rosemarkie Bay. It is an ideal location for a tranquil and relaxing holiday for couples, friends, or family. Located on the Black Isle in the Northern Highlands and close to local village amenities (0.5 miles), the beach can be accessed directly from the house and is listed as one of the best coastal bays for wild swimming. You can also explore the Fairy Glen, which is a delightful, wooded glen with two waterfalls. The village of Rosemarkie has a good choice of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Chanonry Point, just 2 miles away, is a popular spot to observe bottlenose dolphins and grey seals. The Championship Golf Courses of Fortrose and Rosemarkie are both within 1 mile. This spacious cottage is stylishly decorated with excellent attention to detail. With two lounge areas, there is ample space for everyone to play on the games console in one lounge or watch a movie in the main lounge in front of the cosy wood burner. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with seating for up to eight people, however, if you fancy a real treat, you can arrange some private dining at home with your own chef and have the option of paired wines. The first floor encompasses two king size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, one super king size bedroom with a zip and link bed that can be made into a twin on request, and a family bathroom. An enclosed garden complete with garden furniture and a BBQ makes for an ideal entertaining space in good weather.
