Ross-Shire. Sleeps up to 6

Honeysuckle Cottage is a traditional Highland cottage attached to the former manse Fodderty Lodge built in 1730.

Set in a peaceful, semi-rural location
2 miles from local amenities, this is the perfect spot to explore the whole of the Northern Highlands. We are ideally situated as a welcoming touring base (N, S, E and W) in the heart of Mackenzie and Fraser “Outlander” country. Great for walking, as well as motor exploration of the world-renowned NC500. Nature is all around.

25 mins NW of Inverness and halfway between Dingwall and Strathpeffer – a walker's paradise, as well as being a great central base for day or half day trips in the car. Many guests decide to make a full day trip to Orkney from here, as well as taking the opportunity to travel on the Dingwall-Kyle of Lochalsh railway line (one of the world's most beautiful train journeys).

There is plenty to fill a one or two week stay, whether you decide to simply stay in the local area, or venture further afield and enjoy the feeling of coming 'home' at the end of each day.

Honeysuckle Cottage is on 2 floors - on the ground floor a double bedroom with ensuite shower, sitting room, kitchen/diner and a bathroom. The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
