No smoking. . Swan Cottage is centrally located in the traditional seaside town of Dawlish. With lots of extras for your four-legged friend, they are sure to enjoy this area just as much as you are! We’re thinking playing on Dawlish Town Beach, or strolling along the South West Coastal Path to Dawlish Warren Beach or the Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve to catch a glimpse of those beautiful sand dunes.

This two bedroom cottage is cosy, compact and finished to a very high standard, with modern fixtures and fittings.

There’s a comfy ¾ double bed for mum and dad whilst the kids will get a good night’s sleep in the twin bedroom. There’s even a games room, fitted with a flatscreen TV and games console, ideal entertainment for a rainy day.

Outside, there’s a small decked area with table and chairs, ideal for writing your postcards home and relaxing in the sun.

The South Devon Railway Line is close by, offering great transport links, and is considered to be one of the most scenic lines in Britain. Dawlish is a popular choice for train spotters and cyclists, with the the Exe Estuary Trail nearby. The town has lots of interesting shops and The Lawn, a wide open green, is perfect for games and picnics.
